I was on my way back from cherry blossom viewing today. It was raining heavily 😨.
Today's sake is "Takumi". It's a sake from Kyoto. My first sake 😀.
Color is clear, aroma is faint ginjo aroma 🤔Mouthfeel is modest sweetness and slight bitterness. Refreshing spiciness. At first I thought it was a complex tasting sake, but as I drank it, the sweetness started to come through and it was very tasty. I had it with sashimi and kabuto (sea bream). The weather was bad but it was a good day 😆.
