I usually go through at my usual liquor store.

I had never had a chance to take a good look at it, so on this day
I took my time and looked around ✨.
It was "溪" nigori, which means "mountain stream" in Japanese.
It seems to be a sake with a warning to open the bottle, but it didn't spill.
It opened without any spillage. ✌️
The secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a great shuwashu🫧!
The aroma is just a faint smell of cemedine.
When you put it in your mouth, the acidity pops and disappears quietly.
quietly fades away.
Mixing the lees increases the flavor of the rice, but it's not too sweet
The lingering taste is especially delicious🎶.
