こるね
<A slightly sweet, lightly floral, gently tasty classic.
The bottle is pink, but the color of the sake is clear and transparent.
The aroma is slightly sweet, with a hint of alzun-howan.
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet, umami, and bitter. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet, umami, and bitter, followed by umami bitterness. It is a classic slowly delicious sake.
The taste is very similar to that of regular Kamizensan. However, the aroma is a little more floral, and the taste is also slightly milder. I see, it is a spring sake from Kozen-san.
It is best to chill it in the refrigerator just before it freezes, to make it thick and beautiful.
And after leaving the bottle open for about five days, the bitterness mellowed and it became even gentler. Yes, it tastes better!
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Kaya from "Princess Mononoke. She is Ashitaka's ex-wife. Classical, but a little softer.
Degree of liking: ★★★★
