Sake made from Omachi, Okayama, "An". It was unregistered with Sakewa, but is it a new brand?
The aroma is not very distinctive. It has a slight, rich sweetness with a sense of maturity that rushes in and then gradually recedes. There is no insistence on acidity, and complex umami flavors appear instead, creating an aftertaste.
It seems to go well with well-seasoned dishes.
