I was surprised to see the brewery's address.
Nearly 20 years ago, I lived near this brewery.
The first winter after I moved here, we had a record snowfall, and I remember the snow piled up to the bottom of my clothesline!
The people of Yaoei never whined about the snow, and when they spoke, they chose their words carefully and did not say unnecessary things, and I was amazed at their patience.
That's why, even now, I have unconditional respect for people from snowy areas.
First drink impression: I recall many times the sake I shared with my father on the eve of his departure for war. I could taste the harshness and greatness of my father and the tenderness and love of my mother.
I have no desire to return home alive.
However, if I live to be your father's companion again, I would still like to have that sake.
Please live a long and healthy life. I pray from afar that my sisters will have a good marriage.
