Ask for the sake you like.
Do you like it? Don't like? Dislike. I don't know how to express what I don't dislike.
Today's three kinds.
Mutsu Hachisen, which I wanted to order because I saw the logo.
The sweetness is draining. It tastes like it's half as good as it should be. I wondered if I wanted to buy it in a bottle, but it was a wonderful taste that I couldn't quit if I did.
I get bored with Bijin. I never get tired of sake with the word "Bijin" in it.
I never get tired of sake with "Bijin" in the name. The logo is nice. It smells a little, just a little, I don't know, I like it now but I can't remember. Balance is great. If I had to choose something tomorrow at the end of the day, this would be it. The gradation of sweetness is wonderful.
Now, Houraisen. I like sake from Aichi.
I like the food of Aichi. Don't tell anyone but people from Aichi will be drawn to it if I talk about it, but it's strong, the taste, that's why I like it. I don't recommend it to others, but I want sake to be like this, no sourness, no sweetness, sake. It's a compliment, yes. I'm very drunk and thinking about what to do next.
