RoyskiWow. What an interesting sake! The aroma comes off as a sweet peach. The flavor and feel starts as a soft syrup without being too sweet. Very light green grape flavor for me. What really makes this sake stand out is when the acidity kicks in. With a medium body, it feels nice to let the sake sit on the toung. As you do, it starts to tingle as if the sake is carbonated, but it isn't. If you have ever eaten Rice Crispy cereal, it has a similar mouth feel but with a tough of alcohol. Amazing.
