We had it when we dined at "Hanagasumi" in the Meiji Kinenkan (Meiji Memorial Museum).
Since everyone except for me is a non-drinker, we were allowed to order sake with a minimum order of 1 gou (1 cup) and were served cold: Kubota, Hakkaisan, and Sukibarikazuru.
I chose the only one I had never had before, the Shimehari-zuru.
It is a little spicy and has a refreshing flavor that does not interfere with the meal, so I drank it easily while enjoying the kaiseki cuisine.
