TENBU搾立生酒 赤磐雄町
さかな🐟
It seems as if the rainy season has returned. On days like this, it is good to relax and drink at home.
This time, it is Tenpyo. This is a product of Nishi Shuzo, famous for Hozan shochu, which many people know. It is also famous for its connection with Takagi Shuzo, the brewer of Jyushiyo.
It is so easy to drink that I almost finished it before writing my impressions. The sweetness is a little strong, so it may be good for those who do not like sake. Personally, I felt it was a little too sweet to be served with fish. I think it is better to enjoy it by itself. It is just my preference, though.
