The aroma is like a ripe peach.
Slight carbonation on the tongue, rich in umami. The bitterness is also felt and it is refreshing.
Surprisingly, the aftertaste had a hint of alcohol.
I had never felt alcohol in Jyushiyo before, so I thought I was mistaken and checked again and again, but I felt a little. The depth is deep.
I prefer the middle one, the one with a drop in the tank.
