The booth of "Oumon" from Niigata Prefecture.
The booth was not staffed by anyone from the brewery or the staff, so Uma Uma Uma let us in.
Oumon Junmai Daiginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu.
This was very fruity, sweet and delicious. I think this was also my favorite type of sake.
I heard from bouken that Oumon is slightly overpriced.
My memory is almost a little fuzzy.
