Based on the philosophy of brewing sake that is loved by the local community in Hitachi City, the sake is consumed mainly in the local area of Hitachi City and the northern part of Ibaraki Prefecture. Ultra-soft water from the premises is the brewing water.

The sake is rich and has a strong sweetness. It has a strong sweetness and a slightly sticky sweetness. It has a unique and slightly peculiar taste. Slightly rustic.
