Yuki no Bijin has a strong impression of "No. 6 super-harsh, forcefully rising sharpness. What is this "kijoshu" and "nigori-zake"? I couldn't suppress my excitement and got it. What is it? It was a dry sparkling sake like Yuki no Bijin without the kijoshu feel, which was quite different from what I expected.
It is a cocktail of rich, sweet and delicious Shiboritate Nama-nihonshu from Shiboritate Shiboritate, which had been left at room temperature for about 2 weeks after opening the bottle, and about 1/4 of Yukinobijin, which has a rich and juicy fruitiness. This is delicious.
