Apparently, it is a seasonal daiginjo from a brewery in Nakatsugawa.
I saw it in a cute square glass bottle at a local liquor store, so I bought it.
We had a glass of it at the hotel before going to bed.
The aroma was strong and the taste was not so much sharp as full.
It is the type of sake that can be enjoyed in small sips.
It is 300ml, so it ran out quickly.
Ingredients: Rice Hidahomare / Rice malt / Brewing alcohol
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content: 16%.
