We bought it at Kuri no Sato (roadside station) on the way to the campground in Nose Town, the home of the Akishika Sake Brewery. Afterwards, I stopped by a small local supermarket, which had an even better lineup. The whole town seems to be promoting Akushika, and the sense of unity is somehow pleasant.
With sashimi of sea bream. How could it not be delicious?
