What the test is about is that they tried brewing with soft water instead of the ultra-hard water they normally use. I don't know how much that changes the taste, but it is also made with Akitsuho and milled rice is 90% or so!
The drinkability is just as good as the other Kaze no Mori, and the aroma is sufficient. The only difference from the ones I've had so far is that it tastes a little more complex?
