There wasn't that much sake in the fridge at the liquor store near my parents' house.
I bought a bottle of Amano-To from one of them, which I've never had before in Akita.
I think the sweetness was moderate, clean and dry, but...
I don't know... I'm not impressed.
For the price of a Junmai Daigin, I'd say it's a good cosplayer.
