Toyama Trip Day 2
We stayed at "Unazuki Onsen", a hot spring in Unazuki, Toyama, which we had always wanted to visit.
Yamanoha, a handsome restaurant.
I had wanted to go there after reading the reviews by Uta, @Mizuhashi, Yu🎶 and others about the all-you-can-drink specials of famous sake such as Shinmasa, Senkou, and Katsuma, but Yamanoha was introduced on the Orix Group's promotional TV program "Weekend Travel Tips" and I wanted to go there.
I asked Mr. Higu to help me plan this trip,
I asked Mr. Higu to plan this trip for me.
We couldn't wait to get there, so we lined up before it opened and were shown to our seats near the bar counter, and voila!
The all-you-can-drink bar was limited to locally brewed sake...
I was pretty excited, but I was so excited to be on this trip, so let's enjoy a lot of local sake.
I changed my mind and went on my way!
Let's toast to Katsikoma!
Kachikoma Togin Daiginjo" is the highest grade of "Kachikoma"! It has a freshness like muscat, but calm and clean. The aftertaste is a bit long for me, but it disappears easily.
Oh my, it's delicious. Local sake and local food. Happiness.
At first, I was drinking as gracefully as Arisa Mizuki.
