I was curious to order it because I heard it had a unique rich and delicious flavor, but it tasted very interesting. As the name suggests, it tastes like cedar.
Some people might be offended if I say it tastes like drinking wood, but I mean it in a good way.
It's like the wonderful aroma of cedar made into sake. Interesting!
