＜It's very sweet, fresh, clean, and lightly nigorized.
The color is a beautiful clear light nigori.
The aroma is of rice sweetness, alcohol, and a refreshing rum mint that comes through quickly and pleasantly. I want to keep smelling it forever.
In the mouth, it's suddenly sweet and sizzling!

It has a clean sourness, a fresh bitterness, and a mild but firm flavor. Then, a hint of alcohol comes out of the nose.
In the aftertaste, the bitterness is soft and gentle.
The side dish was cheese marinated in miso. This is a standard dish that we often make at home, but that's why it's fun to eat it in different places. The miso paste is modest and elegant. And it's even more awesome with wasabi! And it goes perfectly with alcohol! This was a good tip for me.
If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be Hiromi from "The Cat Returns". She is the friend of the main character, Haru, who appears at the beginning of the movie. She is a fresh girl in love. By the way, I prefer girls with short cuts, so just having a short cut increases the cuteness by 30%.
