Very creamy, dairy, and nutty on the nose. Yoghurt, cream, fresh cheese, almonds, and maybe a faint hint of banana, grape, melon. Surprising earthiness like rice bran as well.
Thick mouthfeel at first, with strong sweetness and acidity, but this fades actually quite quickly. The lees are grainy but not overbearing. Some tropical fruitiness like passion fruit in there too.
Surprisingly refreshing for a nigori.
