This is my first Risshun morning pressing. This time, I asked for Senkou. Freshly pressed yesterday, this is a once-a-year festival. It was my first time to try Senkou, and I was very impressed with the taste. It has a fresh aroma with just a hint of fizz, moderate sweetness, and a touch of acidity that comes through refreshingly. Looking forward to next year!
