Sweet honey and a hint of white flour. Grapefruit and honeyed apples. Delicious because it's packed with flavor, sweet but not gooey!
It would go well with sweet and spicy dishes such as meat and potatoes or boiled sea bream. Right now I'm just pairing it with surume (dried squid), but I guess it goes with everything.
