I bought this at a roadside station in Mure where I stopped during my trip to Takamatsu the day before yesterday and yesterday. It is a limited edition sake made from 100% sake rice called "Akigeshiki. I have a weakness for limited editions, so it was a quick decision.
The color is a little yellow, the aroma is slight, and when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and bitterness spread to your palate, followed by a lingering sweetness in the back of your mouth. The bitterness seems to be unique to Akigeshiki sake rice.
Delicious 😊.
As expected, driving back and forth with my husband and husband's father in the car was tiring~.
