I bought this today at a liquor store on my way home from work and drank it right away.
It has a gasiness that is typical of Machida Shuzo, and I think it has more of a fruity taste than Machida Shuzo with a slight acidity.
Like a gassy, understated sanguine chrysanthemum?
Do you get drunk as you think about the various specs?
I think it's better to drink sake that is typical of Machida Shuzo without thinking too much...
