It's now completely autumn.
I bought some AUTUMN TIME this year, too!
I like this one the best among all the autumn sakes.
I think one of the reasons for this is that I still haven't come to appreciate the taste of cold oroshi, and I have a stupid tongue.
The old man at my favorite liquor store said, "KODOSHISHI is a little bit waggy," but what do you think?
The aroma of the top is a clear scent of plum blossoms.
The mouthfeel is a bit gassy and then sweet and sour! So this is how it is. It is certainly young. The transition from the fruity aftertaste to the sour and bitter aftertaste is a quintessential Omiya.
In other years, it would have a more mature impression, but this one is just as good.
Please don't abuse it. Sake words without permission
〜A mad party of scorpions and jailhouse rock
Thank you for the feast!
