This is the first new sake of the year.
The aroma is faintly apple-like, typical of new sake.
It is sweet in the mouth, and the umami is subdued for a junmai sake.
Although it seems to be a new sake, it is clear for a special junmai and suitable for eating. It went in smoothly. Not like Aichi in a good way 😁.
