Souvenir Sake from Shizuoka, Part 2
Continuing from the last time, Shidaizumi, the sake brewery is close to my grandmother's house, so the liquor stores in my neighborhood had a large selection of Shidaizumi. I bought one more Shidaizumi sake as a souvenir since I don't see it very often at liquor stores outside of the prefecture.
The label on the sake cup is a limited edition, so I bought a jacket.
It has a subtle ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel was soft at first, but in the second half, I felt its strength. It is light and slightly dry.
If I were to compare it to an animal, it would be more like a dog, without the cat-like quality depicted on the label. I had a picture in my mind of an active Shiba-inu, which is not only cute but also lovable.
