This is a cup brewed by Ryoseki Shuzo in Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture.
I had never heard of the brand name Hanamup or the sake rice called Rikuwada before.
The sweetness is followed by a pleasant acidity that is typical of nama-shu, making it perfect for drinking chilled in the summer.
