The wine barrels used to age Chardonnay at Fermier in Niigata Prefecture were sent to Okura Honke in Nara Prefecture, where Okura is brewed, to be filled with sake and aged for 117 days. Kameari is made with Yamadanishiki and Carbenefran barrels, while Okura is made with Omachi and Chardonnay barrels. The impression is quite different and it is a little peculiar compared with Kameari. 2100yen
