I wanted to drink it since last year but the timing didn't work out with the fridge, etc. This year I was able to adjust well😊.
I think that 90% of sakes that are labeled "super spicy" are not that spicy and are well made 😅.
Super spicy theory, correct 😆 Juicy, gassy, umami, sour and sharp, this is quite tasty! It's the kind of sake that makes you want another glass and then another. Thank you for the sake.
