I'm a little excited about my first Akabu.
I have been wanting to drink this sake for a long time.
The supernatant is very good, with a juicy muscat-like feeling and a slightly sweet, shwashy taste.
When mixed with the lees, the taste changed dramatically with an increase in bitterness. This was a very good balance of flavors and tasted delicious.
