Purchased at a liquor store in Yonezawa
Rare Gazan style cup sake
Purchased to drink in the Shinkansen train
But I was afraid of missing the train, so I always drink it at home.
When I opened the cork, it smelled so good!
I like Gazanryu because it has a nice aroma.
It is sweet,
The aftertaste is more sour and bitter than usual Gazanryu, a little less refreshing
Aroma of aftertaste is good
I would like to have a sparkling one next time.
