When I traveled to Yamaguchi and Shimane, I stayed at the Hagi Honjin Ryokan in Hagi and drank this Noichi with dinner.
Although it has a little bit of alcohol strength, it has a deep flavor with a gentle maromi. It is also expected to be served lukewarm.
