The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival (5)
Kinkame had a brewery sister who handled the excellent tasting order at the Kyoto Takashimaya Sake Festival, but this time it was handled by a different person.
As at Kyoto Takashimaya, all the sake was draft.
◉Kuro 50
Slightly refreshing taste.
Green 60
Slightly dry, yet refreshing.
Tea 70
The low milled rice from 70 upwards is Nipponharu rice, which is used for its flavor. It has a full-bodied and tasty flavor with a bitter aftertaste.
White 80
A very well-balanced sake, with a good acidity and a sweet umami taste. A very well-balanced sake.
Blue 90
A very balanced sake, with a very sour and sweet taste.
Red 100
A different kind of strange wine. Caramel, grain and mellow. It is a very good sake, but it opens up when warmed up to lukewarm.
Green F30
A very refreshing, yet elegant and full-bodied sake.
I'd put aside the 100, but I still prefer the 80.
I couldn't take a picture of the highly polished sake because there were other customers there. The picture was taken only from 60 and above.
