I remember the last time I was at a JSP event, I had a very nice sake from this brewery (nigori nigori) but I didn't know if they sold it... so I'm opening this one for the time being 🙌
From the aroma, it seems to be Misato Nishiki x No.6 yeast? It has mild wild grass, citrus and aloe nuances. The taste has a soft sweetness and acidity in the first sip, but after the mid-palate, it has a sharp dryness that makes you tingle. It is light and dry, and has a lightness that does not make you tired of drinking. Delicious 😋😋😋.
