The aroma has a modest rice sweetness and a unique lactic acid or fermented flavor reminiscent of a traditional yeast mash.
On the palate, it has a very soft syrupy sweetness, ginjo aroma, a bit of brown sugar, and a pine-like fruitiness.
When swallowed, the sweet acidity like apricot continues slowly with a little bitterness.
While the overall flavor is solid, the moderate acidity keeps it together and keeps you from getting tired of drinking it!
I got the impression that it is similar to Izumibashi and Natsu Yago Pink.
It has the sweet and savory flavor of Omachi rice, but the balance is such that you will never get tired of drinking it!
It's delicious!
