Since I spend a lot of time drinking at night and end up drinking a lot more than I thought I would, I was looking for a reasonably priced sake and chose one from my hometown in Aichi Prefecture.
Although it is pure rice, it is gentle on the palate, and although it is dry, it has a sweetness that spreads in the mouth. It's not too much, but it's not too much either.
