I bought it at the AEON Liquor & Beauty Kawanishi store in front of Kawanishi Noseguchi station. The only one of its kind? It seems to be the only AEON store that specializes in liquor, beauty, and medical care. I think they decided to make it a special type of store to avoid competition from the AEON supermarket next door.
There are many local sake breweries in the neighborhood, such as Laematsu, Hakusetsu, and Hanagoromo. Hanagoromo and Shiromatsu are commissioned breweries, though...
The rice is Kinuhikari and the sake level is said to be -18.
The aroma is not very impressive. When you drink it, it is sweet and has a gentle touch, probably because of the low alcohol content. The sweetness is like candy. I thought it would be more refreshing, but despite the low alcohol content, it is very drinkable. It is an interesting sake.
It's sweet, but not too sweet. It's not refined.
I think it would be easier to drink at room temperature.

I wrote that I wasn't impressed with the scent, but I transferred the bottle to 300ml and it was better.
