Ingredient rice: 100% Hitogochi from Nagano Prefecture, Polishing ratio: 60%, Alcohol content: 16%.
A blend of junmai, junmai ginjo, and junmai daiginjo. It starts with a slight melon aroma, and after a little while the acidity takes over, making it slightly sharp and refreshing. The convergence also has a refreshing aftertaste. Slightly citrusy.
