This is my favorite Nada sake. I'm drooling just hearing that it's made with Hyogo's special A Yamada Nishiki and is brewed with a traditional yeast mash! I can only hope for the best!
The aroma is mild, but you can feel the flavor of the rice.
When you put it in your mouth, the flavor spreads all over your mouth and nostrils. On the other hand, on the tongue, the sourness and bitterness that only a nama yeast mash-up can bring are deep and satisfying. And yet, the aftertaste is refreshing and nicely integrated.
This is delicious.... It's too good. It is my favorite.
If Kenryo, my personal hall of fame sake from Nada, is wild and full-bodied, this is gentle and full-bodied.
I will definitely repeat this.
