The aroma is mild, but the moment it hits the palate, it has a mellow and refreshing flavor. The delicate and gentle sweetness produced by a female brewer is also good! I had never heard of Nadeshiko flower yeast and Sanki Amazake Moto before, but this is a delicious sake and I would like to try another kind.
