This is a very dry sake with hints of pine, wood and anise. It’s nose almost cactus-flower like. A sharp and dry sake deliscious with food. I enjoyed it with fried walleye perch, corn/pork Chinese dumplings, and pork-stuffed green peppers with Chinese-style brown gravy. 😋
