When it is cooled down, it is dry and alcoholic...I personally don't like it.
If you wait until it becomes a bit limp, the umami flavor comes out and the aftertaste is gentle, making it a sake that you will want to drink slowly. As a cheap regular sake, it is enjoyable enough.
