I bought it because it was a commemoration of the completion of the American brewery and I happened to come across it. It's 50% domestic Yamadanishiki rice polished to 50%, the difference is the water and alcohol content. Can you tell the difference in the brewing water from the Hudson Valley, New York? In conclusion, it was as aromatic, rich, sweet and soft as previous Otters... I could not tell the difference. I hope they continue to produce sake with consistent good taste both in Japan and in the U.S. ★★★
