Well! Tonight 🎑 is my favorite brand of sake, Hiran! s Classic Nama Sake 🍶!
You can tell it's fermenting in the bottle before you even open the bottle ✨.
And then the cork is opened...!
...and the ginjo aroma is subtly wafting in the air 🤤.
Take a sip and you'll feel the great piquancy ❗️ and a slight bitterness that may be similar to Shinshu Kamerei.
It's delicious on its own, but if you notice the oli that remains at the bottom of the bottle and slowly stir it upside down... it also increases the flavor and makes it more profound 😋.
I think I'm going to get even more hooked on it 😁.
What people call "guess what" is for me a "guess what" brewery 😆.
