I bought this sake as a souvenir in Niigata 🍶.
It's a junmai sake with a delicious flavor and easy to drink impression!
The alcohol is dry, between 15 and 16 degrees.
This time I had it with sushi 🤤.
They also recommend heating it up to 40-45 degrees!
I'll try it next time 🤤.
