Ibaraki Sake
Raifuku Original Kudamono "Pineapple" Junmai Daiginjo
From the sweet and sour aroma, the sweetness of the fruit spreads in the mouth, and the sourness comes at the end. This is truly a pineapple. Many Ibaraki sake are light and dry, but this sake has the mellow umami-guchi taste that is popular nowadays. I wonder if it is really just rice, malted rice, and water. It is so sweet that it makes you wonder if it is really just rice, malted rice, and water. It is a bit different from Hanayuup, which is also sweet, but Raifuku has a stronger fruitiness. It is said that they use Abelia flower yeast, which is one of the strengths of Raifuku. It is supposed to be quite sweet with a sake degree of -7, but the sourness comes at the end, so you can enjoy it as many times as you like.
I like it 8/10
