A new product created by Takachiyo Shuzo over a period of five years.
The aroma is alcohol, mango-like fruity, rice flower, and a faint burnt taste. Whoa, complex and good!
On the palate, sweetness of rice & sugarcane and a hint of lychee acid-sweetness. Then a pleasant sweet alu comes in. The direct alu-soze-like feeling is working in a very good direction. This is a good al soe. It's so good!
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would compare him to Howl from "Howl's Moving Castle. A handsome man with a sweet mask. I don't know if I'd let my own girlfriend go to a scary ex-master or let her take care of my ex-girlfriend, but I can't help it because he's cool. You'll fall in love with him.
