I wanted to try Ura-Gasanryu because the Legend of Shadow was quite delicious before, and I found "Cho-Ura", so I bought it without thinking lol.
I really wanted to try the Gazanryu Limited Brew Junmai Daiginjo brewed with Dewa Sanzu, but it was sold out😢.
Now, back to the Cho-Ura😄.
I've never heard of the sake rice "Shinryoku" before. It's a traditional sake rice from the Meiji era and not much seems to be cultivated nowadays.
The aroma is gooooodly subdued😅.
The smooth mouthfeel gives way to a refreshing watermelon-like aroma. 😄
It has a nice sourness and a good bitterness that slides down the throat easily.
The good acidity resets the taste and makes it a good 😋
It is a dry taste that you will never get tired of drinking 😄.
I paired it with sakura-mochi (cherry-blossom cake) because today is Hina-matsuri (Doll Festival).
It's hard to find it in Akita. (lol).

Good evening, T.KISO!
I was wondering about you when I was stocking up today.
I bought another sake 😓.
Kamikaze is so cool✨.
By the way, I'm also a Domyoji fan of sakura mochi! 🌸

Good evening Kanon, good evening 🎵.
Oh good, someone commented on the sakura mochi lol 😄.
I've heard that Domyoji is more common in western Japan, so it's hard to buy in Akita 😅.
By the way, I'm also a Domyoji fan in Hanao lol
